Front View of Cabin
Rates:
- $200 per night (Tuesday – Friday)/2 Guests
- $225 per night (Saturday – Monday )/2 Guests
Additional guests: $25 per person per night. (MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 6)
- No charge for children UNDER 12 years of age.
- Two Night Minimum Stay Required.
- Three Night Minimum Stay During Holidays
Check In Times:
- Check in: 3 PM
- Check out: 11 AM – Sorry, no exceptions
Deposit
- A 50% deposit is due with reservation
- The balance including sales and lodging tax of 10.3% due 14 days prior to your arrival.
Security Deposit
- A $150 security deposit is required with your 50% deposit.
- Please make a separate check so we may return it after finding the cabin in the same condition as upon your arrival with no damages.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund less $35.00 fee 14 days or more notice of cancellation,
- No refunds with less than 14 days’ notice of cancellation.
- In case of flooding or winter weather conditions that may create unsafe road conditions, you may either re-schedule or cancel your reservation without penalty.
- We do require a lease/rental agreement stating you agree to uphold our policies.

- We MUST receive the Agreement before your final confirmation is provided.
Rules of the Roost
- Smoking is not permitted in the cabin.
- Smoking outside ONLY.
- No candles are permitted due to fire hazard and insurance policy.
- No Pets Allowed.
- Cabin guests are required to leave the cabins in good condition.
- When children are present, proper parental supervision is required at all times.
- Most important of all, relax, enjoy yourself and have FUN!
